1、 Industry Introduction:
Tower manufacturing is a branch of metal structure manufacturing, which refers to the production activities of using metals such as iron and steel as the main materials to manufacture products for power generation, communication, transportation, and building decoration.
The main products include transmission line towers, microwave communication towers, TV tower decoration towers, wind power towers, and electrified railway pillars.
Due to the main application areas of iron tower products being high-voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission line construction, as well as microwave communication network construction, iron tower products mainly include transmission towers and communication towers, with the most important transmission tower accounting for about 90% of tower production.

At present, the conventional sheet metal cutting processes on the market are generally divided into flame cutting, plasma cutting, and laser cutting. Flame cutting is a common method for rough machining of steel plates. The cost of cutting equipment is low, but the heat affected zone of flame cutting is much larger, and the thermal deformation is also relatively large. It is unable to cut non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum and stainless steel, and environmental pollution is relatively serious. Plasma cutting has a wide cutting field and can cut all metal sheets. It has fast cutting speed, high efficiency, and higher cutting accuracy than flame cutting. However, cutting thick plates with large tapers and wide cutting seams can result in a large amount of material waste during batch processing, as well as the generation of harmful gases and a large amount of smoke and dust, causing pollution.
